Shipping

We always ship items out the very Next Day!
except on weekends.
We feel it is very important to you as a customer to receive your item as soon as possible! 

Shipping can normally add $7 - $15 on your order!
All Orders $30.00 and over are shipped  FREE! 
All orders under $10.00 will inquire a 3.00 shipping fee.
All orders $10.01 - 29.99 = $ 5
Under 13 oz ships First Class Mail 
Over 13 oz. ships Parcel Post 5-7 days 
Eastern States normally ship Priority Mail 3-5 days - depending on location.
Delivery schedules are USPS estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.
We do not ship to Alaska,  Hawaii, APO or P.O. Boxes

Purseladytoo receives a Delivery Confirmation on each item that is shipped.  Once we receive this shipping confirmation, we can not be responsible for items that are lost after the postmaster sends us this notice.  We realize items can be stolen from mailboxes and front porches, but Purseladytoo can not be responsible, we will be happy to provide any information you may need!   Please watch your tracking information that you received from Paypal and from Purseladytoo, for delivery information.

Purseladytoo pays the shipping charges for the first shipment of your product.  Returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

** STORE Return POLICY**

All manufacture defects must  be reported within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 3  days in original  packaging and sellable condition.

All defective returns must have a RA#

THIS INCLUDES ALL IPHONE AND IPOD COVERS.

Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale.

 

If your item is shipped with Signature Confirmation:
When a delivery attempt is made, you will need to notify the Post Office for Redelivery.
The Post Office will keep your package for 7 days.
 We cannot be responsible for any items that are lost while they are held at your Post Office .
If the item is returned to us after 7 days, we  cannot issue a refund.
So please make arrangements for your package to be signed for upon delivery.
 Your tracking information that Paypal sends you ,  will give you an estimated delivery time.
